• Based on my knowledge, expertise and initiatives, honorable President ZTBL assigned me the task of establishing a specialized unit under Group Head Business for Business Analytics.
• Spearheaded the establishment of the Business Analytics and MIS Unit, reporting to the President and Group Head Business, to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Developed and implemented an SQL Server-based system for daily monitoring, analysis, and reporting of customer data, significantly improving data accessibility.
